Chaque machine est équipée de systèmes de dosage de haute précision et peut avoir jusqu’à 4 robinets facilement amovibles. Les machines remplisseuses et boucheuses fabriquées par Electron, équipées de tapis roulant à vitesse variable, peuvent avoir un dispositif spécifique pour bouchons à pression, bouchons vissés et bouchons en liège, assurant ainsi une performance optimale et une grande fiabilité de fonctionnement.
Les opérations d’entretien ordinaire sont faciles et leur utilisation s’avère être extrêmement intuitive grâce à leur électronique de pointe et à la gestion automatique entièrement par API avec interface tactile commandée à distance à travers des dispositifs mobiles.
Les monoblocs linéaires pour remplissage et bouchage peuvent être utilisés aisément même par un opérateur seulement, donc ils permettent d’optimiser les coûts et les délais de production et d’engendrer des avantages remarquables pour les petites et les moyennes productions.
